What We Do

Specialist servicing for the equipment your workshop depends on.

When your spot welder or collision repair equipment isn't performing, every hour counts. AES specialises in keeping that equipment running — with the kind of knowledge that only comes from three decades working in the industry.

Spot Welder Repair & Servicing

From resistance spot welders to inverter models, we diagnose faults, replace worn components, and restore your welder to full working order. We service all major brands including Pro Spot, Solary, Bosjob, and more.

Collision Repair Equipment Maintenance

Dent pulling systems, body pulling equipment, frame straightening equipment — we maintain and repair the full range of collision repair tools used in professional bodyshops.

Preventative Maintenance

For over 30 years, AES has been the go-to for spot welder repair and collision repair equipment servicing across NSW. We're not a generalist shop — this is all we do, and we do it well.

Whether it's a fault you can't diagnose, a machine that needs a full overhaul, or a preventative maintenance schedule for your whole workshop, AES has the experience to handle it.

FAQs

Not sure how it all works? Here's what panel shops usually ask us.

What types of equipment do you repair and service?

AES specialises in spot welders and collision repair equipment — including resistance and inverter spot welders, dent pulling systems, body pulling equipment, and frame straightening gear. We service all major brands including Pro Spot, Solary, and Bosjob.

Do you come to us, or do we bring the equipment to you?

Both. We offer on-site servicing across NSW, workshop drop-offs, and an equipment pick-up and return service for shops that can't easily transport their gear. We'll work out whatever suits you best.

How quickly can you get to us?

We aim to respond to all enquiries promptly and will give you a clear timeframe upfront. If it's urgent, let us know — we'll do our best to prioritise.

How do I know if my spot welder needs servicing?

Common signs include inconsistent welds, loss of pressure, excessive sparking, or the machine not reaching full power. If something feels off, it's worth getting it looked at before a minor issue becomes a costly repair.

How often should collision repair equipment be serviced?

As a general rule, spot welders and other collision repair equipment should be serviced at least once a year — more frequently in high-volume workshops. Regular preventative maintenance reduces downtime, extends equipment life, and keeps your workshop compliant and safe.
